Aspendale Soccer Club was formed in 2005 by a group of parents looking to provide their kids with the opportunity to get involved in the world game, soccer. The club foundations are built around the premise that by actively promoting team work and sportsmanship children will get the most out of playing this beautiful game. Term 4 Skills Program Registration Now Open (8-13 year Olds)

The main football season might be drawing to a close, but that doesn't mean the skill building has to stop! We're thrilled to announce that enrolments for our Term 4 Weekly Skills Program are now open.

This program is the perfect way to continue their football journey through the off-season, offering focused training designed to enhance player development, build confidence, and keep the passion for the game alive. It's a fantastic opportunity to maintain fitness and sharpen those skills outside of the regular season schedule!

Our program commences on Monday, October 20th, and will run weekly until 18th December (8 Sessions). No Sessions Melbourne Cup week 3rd November to 9th November.

Our focused skills development sessions are designed for all outfield players to work on core techniques, tactical understanding, and movement.

A dedicated Goalkeeper session for new and aspiring goalkeepers at the club to receive specialised, focused training.

SESSION DAY AND TIMES:

All Girl: U8 - U13 (Monday 6pm)
Boys/Mixed: U8 - U9 (Thursday 5pm)
Boys/Mixed: U10-U13+ (Thursday 6pm)
Goalkeeper Session: All Ages (Thursday 6pm)

LOCATION: Aspendale Gardens Sporting Grounds

We believe this program will provide a fantastic opportunity for our young players to develop their skills, further their love for the game, and get a head start on next season!

Member Protection Information Officer

Aspendale SC takes their member safety very seriously.

We are pleased to announce that we have appointed Tegan Shepherd as our new Member Protection Information Officer (MPIO). The MPIO role is not a committee role but rather a neutral and unbiased position where they are the first point of contact for anyone with child safety concerns or questions. Tegan has a working background in overseeing compliance in regard to child safety standards and over 20 year's experience in child protection.
