    1. Registration and Eligibility

Capacity: Participation is strictly capped to ensure child-safe supervision ratios are maintained.

Authorisation: Parents or legal guardians may only register their own children.

Age Requirements: Participants must fall within the specific age group designated for the chosen session.

Payment: All registrations must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking. Unpaid registrations will be automatically cancelled.

    2. Cancellations and Modifications

Refund Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the event are non-refundable.

Amendments: Any modification to an existing registration (e.g., date changes) must be formally approved by an event organiser.

    3. Behavioural Expectations and Safety

Our camps provide an inclusive environment for children and a professional development space for our young adult staff. To protect this environment, the following protocols apply:

General Misconduct: In the event of foul or abusive language, the following steps will be taken:

First Instance: A verbal warning from a staff member.

Second Instance: Temporary removal from the activity under the supervision of the camp coordinator.

Third Instance: The parent/guardian will be contacted to collect the child immediately. No refund will be provided.

    Severe Behaviour

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding homophobic, racist, or sexist language and behaviour.

Such incidents will be reported immediately to the camp leader.

Action will be taken on a case-by-case basis, which may result in the immediate expulsion of the participant without a refund.

    4. Commitment to Wellbeing

We thank all families for their cooperation in fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive community for every child and staff member.

    Go Stingrays!
